Our winter competition, now in its 5th year, welcoming ~30 teams from Rhode Island and beyond.
WINTER · 5TH YEAR
The Northmen Invitational Cheer Competition brings hundreds of athletes, coaches, and families to North Smithfield. Middle school and high school divisions, a Grand Champion, and division championships.
The competition runs a full day each winter and draws roughly thirty middle school and high school teams from Rhode Island and neighboring states. Teams compete by division and age group, with awards through the day and a Grand Champion named at the end.
Doors open early for warm-ups. There is an athletic trainer on site all day, a DJ running the floor, food and vendors in the lobby, and a live stream for families who cannot make the trip.
Entry is charged per team and set by division. Contact us for this season’s rates and the registration deadline.
Every athlete needs a signed waiver on file before taking the mat. Coaches can complete them online or download the form and bring them the morning of the competition.
