Three events that bring North Smithfield together and fund youth activities all year.
ANNUAL ROAD RACE
Every spring, runners, walkers and kids line up at North Smithfield Middle School for the 5K, the veteran race and a kids’ race. Every finisher goes home with a T-shirt and a medal, and every entry fee goes back to North Smithfield’s kids.
OUR ANNUAL FALL EVENT
Every September the Great Pumpkin Festival fills the school grounds with vendors, food, a pumpkin patch and games for the kids. It came under the Club in 2026, and a committee of volunteers runs it start to finish.
INVITATIONAL CHEER COMPETITION
Each winter about thirty middle and high school teams from Rhode Island and beyond compete at North Smithfield High School. Now in its fifth year, the day ends with a Grand Champion, and families who can’t make the trip can watch the live stream.
